Our process starts with understanding your lifestyle, needs, and preferences.
Through conversations, inspiration boards, and collaborative design sessions, we create a floor plan that’s uniquely tailored to you.
Do I really need an architect?
Maybe not.
But an architect will bring expertise in design, building codes, and construction, ensuring your home is beautiful, functional, and safe.

Where are your built homes located?
We primarily serve all of the Southeast US but our team can design homes anywhere in the world.
Since 2020, we have seen over 40 of Reynard's designed homes built with over a dozen more expected to be complete before the year is out.
How do I design my dream home within my budget?
We work closely with you to understand your budget from the outset.
Our team offers guidance on prioritizing features, selecting materials, and making design choices that align with your financial goals—without sacrificing quality or your vision.
What is included in REYNARD's design process?
You’ll have access to a project board for updates, file sharing, and direct communication with our team.
Can you help with sustainable or energy-efficient design?
Absolutely! We prioritize passive design strategies, energy efficiency, and sustainable materials. We’ll guide you on insulation, windows, orientation, and more to help reduce your home’s environmental impact.
Do you offer interior design or 3D visualization as standalone services?
No, we do not offer these as standalone services. However, 3D renderings are always included as part of our architectural design package.
What do I need before starting the design process?
You’ll need a reasonable budget (with contingencies), documentation like site surveys or soil tests (if available), and any design inspiration you’d like to share. We’ll walk you through any additional requirements and most importantly IDEAS!
Can you work with my builder or other professionals?
Yes! We regularly collaborate with builders, engineers, and other specialists to ensure a smooth process from design through construction.
What if I want to make changes after the design is complete?
We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase.
If changes are needed after final plans are delivered, we’ll discuss the scope and any additional fees as needed.

How do I communicate with your team during the project?
You’ll have access to a dedicated project board (via Monday.com) for updates, file sharing, and direct messaging. We guarantee a 24-hour response during normal business hours.
We also assign a dedicated Project Coordinator to ensure you're getting answers to your questions quickly. You can easily schedule design review meetings, get updates, and stay connected during all phases.
